Do you deliver to my Country?
We currently ship to the UAE. Shipping to KSA will be available on November 21th.

What if I have received a wrong or damaged item?
In this unlikely situation, please visit the Contact Us or send an email to hello@gaudia.co. Please be sure to include your order number, the wrong or damaged item name and number and attach a picture of the item. Our team will look into your request and get back to you within 2-3 days.

How fast is the Delivery service and does it cover all cities?
Gaudia offers next day delivery in the UAE and in KSA. For the KSA market you will be able to order from October 21th 2024.
Please note: Some remote areas in Riyadh are not eligible for 4-hour delivery.

Will the product quality be affected by heat during shipping ?
Not at all. All Gaudia Beauty products are formulated and tested to remain safe and effective—even in warm climates.
We store all items in a temperature-controlled warehouse operating 24/7 to preserve product integrity. During shipping, short exposure to heat does not compromise the formula’s safety or performance.
From production to delivery, we follow strict quality protocols to ensure your product arrives fresh, stable, and ready to deliver results—even under the region’s high temperatures.

How secure are my payments?
All transactions on this website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We do not have direct access to your payment details.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and all other major credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay. You can also choose to pay in 4 installments with Tabby.

When will I receive order confirmation?
You will receive a receipt for orders placed on our website and an automated email confirmation. The order will be confirmed only when we send a confirmation email to the email address indicated on the order form. The email will contain confirmation and summary of the order, such as: product description and information as well as the total price of the order, including taxes if applicable.

Why was my payment declined?
If your payment has been declined, please contact your bank to check the reasons. If you have another means of payment, you can restart the order process.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return your unused and unopened Gaudia Beauty products free of charge within 30 days after the shipment arrival date. Please consult our returns policy and instructions on our Returns page.

Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted due to health protection and hygiene reasons, and will therefore not be refunded.

Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Depending on your bank account it may take up to 14 days to receive your refund. You will receive the payment back on the account that you also paid from.

How do I use the scalp and hair oil?
Apply the desired amount of the oil to your scalp and hair, massaging gently to ensure even coverage. Leave the oil in for at least 10 minutes or overnight for better results. Follow with your regular shampooing routine.

How can I be sure to choose the right scalp product for my hair?
Consider your scalp condition: If your scalp tends to get greasy quickly, opt for the oily scalp formula, which is lighter and aims to balance oil production without stripping natural moisture. If you often experience flakiness, itchiness, or tightness, the dry scalp formula is designed for you. It’s enriched with hydrating ingredients to moisturize and soothe. How long do I need to see results?
Results can vary based on individual hair and scalp conditions, but many users notice improvements in scalp comfort and hair texture immediately. For hair growth results, regular application 2-3 times per week is required to see results within 8-12 weeks of regular use. Consistency is key to achieving and maintaining the best results.

Is it safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, our scalp and hair oil is formulated to be safe for color-treated hair. It’s designed to nourish and protect your hair, preserving the vibrancy of your color without causing fading.

Will it leave my hair greasy?
No. Our scalp and hair oil is designed to be used before shampoo and to be washed out with shampoo, leaving your hair and scalp nourished without a greasy residue. If you have very fine hair, start with a small amount of oil to gauge how much your hair needs.

Do I need to rinse it a lot?
Depending on your hair type, one shampoo should be sufficient to remove the oil.

I have a sensitive skin, can I use the product?

Our products are dermatologically tested and are safe to use for all types of skins.

Are Gaudia products safe to use during pregnancy?
Yes, but we recommend consulting with a qualified physician or medical professional if you are pregnant or nursing.

Is the packaging made of sustainable material?
We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment. All of our bottles are made from recycled glass bottles and all our paper-based packaging is made of FSC-certified paper from sustainably managed forests; and we are continuously looking for ways to improve our packaging by working with more recycled, recyclable and biodegradable materials.
